When we set out to design our scheduler, we tried to rewrite the book, and we think we have succeeded. Medical scheduling need no longer be about patients and providers. Our scheduling system allows you to create abitrary sets of hierarchical resources for which you can schedule appointments. For example, you might create an Offices resource with the Queens and Manhatten offices as subresources of Offices. In designing our scheduler, we realized that the medical field has special needs, and we have made certain to make the scheduler aware of vital information during the scheduling process such as referrals, outstanding balances, and previous visits. As with most of our application, scheduling appointments is as easy as dragging and dropping, and navigating the calendar is as simple as pointing and clicking.
